(depends on selected options)

Base fee:
  • If you would to recruit stellar STEM candidates
    - this is the right place for you!. Academic
    institutions can showcase their research, new
    academic programs offered, or recruit interns
    for your projects, $50 for a table and Logo
    showcase in the NJAS website.
  • For individuals who have register already but change their mind on food access.
  • For individuals who have not secure food yet.
  • Anyone else that attending meeting but not presenting or part of the vendor show.

    If you register on May 20, 2023. Food availability will be limited.
  • Note: Purchasing for food must be done during registration ONLY.
  • If you want to display your
    organization's mission to our community,
    NJAS is providing you the platform with no
    cost!
  • If you would to recruit stellar STEM candidates
    and inform about state and federal programs
    for STEM organizations and individuals, please
    join us. $100 for a table and Logo showcase in
    the NJAS website.
  • If you offer a product that would benefit
    research in areas of STEM, then you need to be
    here! $100 for a table and Logo showcase in
    the NJAS website, a chance to reach the NJ
    STEM leaders of today & tomorrow

 68th NJ Academy of Science Annual Meeting

 This year, NJAS will reinstate the annual meeting to an in-person event.  The meeting will be on Saturday, May 20, 2023 from 8:00am to 5:00pm at Kean University -  STEM Building - 1075 Morris Ave., Union, NJ.  07083

This year aside from junior and senior academy presentations, we will also be hosting sessions simultaneously to address various scientific interests, for example there will be a Vendor show as well as Professional development seminars. 

This event is a collegial meeting of the New Jersey STEM community including scientists, science faculty members, students and other community members from across the state. We hope you will find this meeting an opportunity to share your research, discover new possibilities and interact with fellow attendees.

Please follow the following deadlines:

  • Student Presenters should submit registration by April 10, 2023. *Presenter's abstract must have been previously accepted to proceed as student presenter, all other students should register as general admissions.
  • Vendor Show registrants please submit registration by  May 18, 2023
  • General Admission guests - please submit registration by May 18, 2023

IMPORTANT Information:

Since it is in person we need to follow  Kean University guidelines, any guests accessing any University facilities must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or receive a medical or religious exemption to the vaccination requirement. Please remember that the health, safety and well-being of our attendees, faculty, speakers, exhibitors and executive board is of paramount importance.
